History -
Old Cape Real Estate was opened in 1984 shortly after I bought this circa 1800 3/4 Cape in South Harwich. The building dictated the name as the early Norfolk door latches inspired the simple logo/border design. This has always been a small office with two Realtors very active in the Multiple Listing Service. We specialize in personal attention. We know our clients, customers and listings well and work hard at matching needs and desires with availability of properties. We are experienced in all types of sales and often are quite creative in bringing sales together. Through our computerized office, we can find properties all over the Cape - although we specialize in Harwich and Chatham.
